Ian Mallon
Principal
Ian founded this firm on one conviction: every client deserves specialist, committed representation — not a number on a case management system. A Law graduate of Queen's University Belfast, he was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2002 and the Republic of Ireland in 2003, giving the firm seamless coverage across both jurisdictions from the outset.
He handles the most complex High Court litigation — road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, clinical and dental negligence, oil pollution, defamation, and insurance disputes. He completed advanced advocacy training with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in the United States, and brings that rigour to every case he argues.
Beyond the law, Ian has served as a board member and chairperson of PIPS Hope and Support and as a school governor — reflecting a deep commitment to the communities this firm serves.
