We acted for a client who was exposed to asbestos during his work over a period of time in the 1970′ and 1980’s whilst working for various employers as a plumber.
Despite being aware of the risk of exposure to asbestos the employers took no proper health and safety precautions to protect their employees.
The matter settled for a substantial sum to the satisfaction of the client.
